Refund Policy

Our build plans and other products are digital downloads, such as PDFs. Nothing is mailed. Because you get the files right away and can't return them, all sales of digital products are final and we don't offer refunds, except for accidental double purchases (below) or where the law requires one.

Accidental double purchases

If you accidentally buy the same plan twice, email hello@corpsthree.com within 14 days of the second purchase with both order numbers, and we'll refund the duplicate.

Download problems

If your download didn't arrive, your link has expired, or a file won't open, email hello@corpsthree.com with the email you used at checkout, your order number and the plan name. We'll send you a working copy. Download links expire after 30 days, so please save your files once you get them, and check your Spam or Promotions folder for your order email.
