Roadmap License, in plain English

Thank you for buying a CorpsThree roadmap. Here's what you can and can't do with it. When you buy or download a Roadmap, you agree to this license.

Roadmaps and content on the site are licensed for personal use. You may sell an occasional piece you built yourself, and a Commercial License is available for business use.

You can

  • Build the project as many times as you like for yourself, your family, or as gifts.

  • Print the Roadmap for your own use in your shop.

  • Change the design to fit your space.

  • Occasionally sell a piece you built yourself. A one-off for a friend or neighbor is fine.

You can't

  • Share, resell, upload or post the Roadmap files (PDFs, cut lists, drawings or CAD/CNC files), in whole or in part. That includes file-sharing sites, social media, forums and shared drives.

  • Make the project as a regular product for a business, an online shop or a production run, unless you have a CorpsThree Commercial License. To ask about one, email hello@corpsthree.com.

  • Remove the CorpsThree name or copyright notice from the files.

What's in each tier

CAD files (DXF and STEP) are included only with the Build Course tier. Other tiers don't include CAD files. Our original design source files are never sold or shared.

Who owns the roadmap

CorpsThree keeps all copyright in the Roadmaps. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership of the design or the files.

Safety

Roadmaps are guidance. Check every measurement before you cut, use proper safety gear, and follow your tools' manufacturer instructions. You're responsible for your build and your safety. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the Roadmap. See our Terms of Use for more.
